The beadlock ring is forged from 6061-aluminum and fastens using grade 8 zinc plated bolts. Sizes offered range from 15”-17”.     102 > Beadlock > Machined

    The 102 Beadlock is the successor to our OG race wheel, the 101 Beadlock. With an improved spoke design the 102 Beadlock is 8% lighter than the 101. While it has managed to shed some lbs the 102 has increased its overall strength with increased radial, axial, and cornering load capacities. The most striking part of the wheel is the redesigned beadlock ring. This forged 6061-T6 aluminum ring is not only lighter than the 101 ring, but stiffer. This new design allows for less deflection and a tighter clamping force directly on the tire bead. The 102 Beadlock is available in 17×9 with a 4.5″ backspace (-12mm offset), a raw machined finish, and Grade 8 Zinc-plated hardware.

    Through years of race experience and rigorous FEA testing, Method had managed to bring an extremely durable yet light-weight beadlock to the hardcore enthusiast and racer. The Matte Black and Machined 105 Beadlock is TPMS compatible, has a decorative center cap, and a warranty on the finish. Included with the wheel is a matte black forged 6061 beadlock ring along with Grade 8 Zinc plated mounting hardware. Sizes offered are 17″ and 20″ with applications for numerous off road vehicles. For specific Jeep JK and ’04-up F150/Raptor applications, the center bores are machined to be hub-centric.

    The MR501 Rally VT-Spec is the wheel that started our venture into rally racing. Developed as a high-offset 15” gravel wheel, the 501 is the exact wheel Subaru Rally Team USA’s David Higgins and Craig Drew won a 2013 Rally America Championship on. Unnecessary weight has been cut out due to strategically placed pockets in low-stress points around the wheel, including the ‘I-Beam’ inner-lip technology. Matte black paint and steel lug nut inserts come standard on the VT-Spec providing a hardened clamping surface able to withstand rigorous race conditions. The 501 comes in at 16.9 lbs with a stout 1,900lb load rating. With a +48mm offset, 5×100 and 5×114.3 bolt patterns, fitment is ideal for Subaru and Mitsubishi vehicles.
